Exciting News!
In Japan, when a rider wants to move on to the next level of competition, they are required to pass written, practical and ridden tests at a licensing event. This weekend, the Mihara Horse Club in Okinawa, Japan hosted one such event. I was honored to be one of the judges for this day, along with Mr. Haraguchi from mainland Japan. I really appreciate the opportunity to be apart of such a unique event. Twenty five riders of all ages earned their licenses at levels 5, 4 and 3. Thankfully, they provided me with test sheets translated into English! It was a wonderful day and an experience that I will never forget!
